Paramore Announce New Album After Laughter

Paramore will release their fifth studio album, titled After Laughter, on May 12. The group’s ’80s Pop-tinged new single “Hard Times” arrived today. After Laughter is the first new Paramore record in over four years. The album is produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen and Paramore’s own Taylor York. After Laughter also marks the return of original member Zac Farro back to the band. Paramore will tour Europe this June and July, starting in Dublin on June 15. Rock Hall of Fame Adds Pearl Jam, ELO, Journey & More

On Friday night, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted its class of 2017: Pearl Jam, ELO, Yes, Journey, Joan Baez and Tupac Shakur. Nile Rodgers was also given the Award for Musical Excellence. Rock Pioneer Chuck Berry Passes Away

Chuck Berry, one of the pioneers of Rock and Roll music, has died at the age of 90. A report from the St. Charles County Police Department confirmed that Berry was found unresponsive and could not be revived. The exact cause of death is unknown though Rolling Stone reports that Berry’s son Charles Jr. had recently told the magazine his father was recovering from pneumonia.
